At Adesk365, we are committed to delivering genuine, functional, and secure digital products to our customers. Since our products are digital in nature and delivered instantly, our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair while protecting against misuse.


1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold on Adesk365 — including software license keys, activation codes, subscription credentials, and downloadable content — are digital and non-tangible. Once delivered, they cannot be returned or resold.


2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

✅ Valid Reasons for Refund

  1. Product key is invalid or non-functional and cannot be activated, after our support team verifies the issue.
  2. Incorrect product delivered (e.g., you purchased Windows 11 Pro but received Windows 10 Home).
  3. Duplicate purchase (accidentally placed the same order twice).
  4. Product not delivered within 24 hours (and you’ve contacted support but not received a response).

Note: You must contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a refund for any of the above reasons.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  1. You changed your mind after receiving the product.
  2. You purchased the wrong product without reading the description.
  3. The product was successfully delivered and activated.
  4. Your system does not meet the software requirements.
  5. You are unable or unwilling to follow the activation instructions.
  6. You shared or exposed the license key publicly.


4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@adesk365.com with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Email used for purchase
  3. Screenshot of the error (if applicable)
  4. Brief explanation of the issue

We typically respond within 24–48 hours. Our team may require verification steps to confirm the issue before processing the refund.


5. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

We take fraudulent claims seriously. Chargebacks without contacting us first may result in account suspension and blacklisting from future purchases.


6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
